Wander Sensei offers the following digital products:

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. CAPIA.AI benefits from the VAT exemption for small businesses (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI); no VAT applies.

Prices may be modified at any time. The price applied is the one displayed when the order is validated.

• The User selects the desired product(s) and accesses the order summary.
• They provide their billing information and proceed to payment.
• Once payment is validated, a confirmation email containing the invoice and access to the product is sent to the address provided.
• The purchase constitutes acceptance of these ToS.

Payment is made online by bank card or by any other means offered through our provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). Transactions are secured and comply with the PCI-DSS Level 1 standard.

CAPIA.AI does not store any complete bank data: only the payment provider and the card issuer have access to it.

The products are digital content provided on an intangible medium. They are delivered immediately after payment confirmation, through access to the user account and/or by sending a secure link by email.

The PDF is downloadable via a personal link limited in time (48 hours, 3 downloads maximum). The User may renew the link from their personal area.

In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By validating their order, the User expressly acknowledges (i) having given their consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and (ii) waiving their right of withdrawal. Failing this, the User has a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw, provided that they have not downloaded the PDF or used the mock exam.

In the event of a technical difficulty preventing us from delivering the purchased product, the User may request a full refund by writing to contact@wandersensei.com within thirty (30) days.

Outside of this case, and given the digital nature of the products, no refund is granted once the content has been downloaded or used. This provision does not preclude the legal warranties of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and against latent defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Independently of any commercial warranty, the seller remains liable for defects of conformity of the goods and for redhibitory defects under the conditions provided for in articles L217-3 to L217-19 of the French Consumer Code and 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. The consumer has a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the goods to act.

Wander Sensei is an educational preparation tool. CAPIA.AI does not guarantee success in the civic exam, nor the outcome of any administrative procedure, which falls exclusively within the competence of the relevant public authority. CAPIA.AI's liability is limited to the amount of sums actually paid by the User over the last twelve (12) months.

The processing of data in connection with the order is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these ToS.

In the event of a dispute, the User is invited to first contact customer service at contact@wandersensei.com. We undertake to provide a response within a maximum of 30 days. Failing amicable resolution, the User may submit the dispute free of charge to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr), or to the competent courts in accordance with article 12 above.

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the mandatory rules of public policy protecting the consumer.
