Terms of Use

• "Service": the Wander Sensei platform accessible at wandersensei.com and all its sub-domains.
• "Publisher": CAPIA.AI SASU, the company that publishes the Service.
• "User": any person accessing the Service, whether or not they have an account.
• "Account": personal area created by the User after registration.
• "Content": all questions, explanations, translations, illustrations and files made available by the Service.
• "Paid Offers": digital products offered for sale (preparation PDF, mock exam access, combined bundles).

Wander Sensei is a platform for preparing for the French civic exam (naturalisation, residence card, multi-year residence permit), the assimilation interview and the B2 language level. The Service offers educational content, multiple-choice questions, scenario questions and explanations.

Use of the Service implies full acceptance of these ToU. The Publisher reserves the right to modify the ToU at any time. The date of last update appears at the top of the page.

In the event of a substantial modification, the User will be informed by email or by notification within the Service. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new ToU.

Certain features of the Service require the creation of an Account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Registration is open to natural persons of legal age.

The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their Account. In the event of unauthorised use, they undertake to inform the Publisher immediately.

The User may delete their Account at any time from their personal area or by writing to privacy@wandersensei.com.

The User undertakes to use the Service in good faith. The following are in particular prohibited:

• sharing the Account with third parties or reselling access;
• copying, extracting, distributing or reselling paid content;
• automated scraping, reverse engineering or any attempt to circumvent technical protection mechanisms;
• using the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties;
• any conduct likely to harm the security, availability or integrity of the Service.

The content of the Service is the property of CAPIA.AI or its rightsholders. The purchase of a Paid Offer does not entail any transfer of rights: it grants the User a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence of use, strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of the content exposes the User to prosecution under the French Intellectual Property Code.

The Publisher endeavours to ensure the availability of the Service 24/7, without being able to guarantee it. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure. The Publisher cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from a temporary unavailability.

The Service is provided for educational purposes. Wander Sensei does not guarantee the comprehensive accuracy of its content, nor the User's success in any exam, interview or administrative procedure. The final decision regarding any application for a residence permit or naturalisation rests exclusively with the competent public authority.

Subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable law, the Publisher's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for Paid Offers over the last twelve (12) months.

In the event of a breach by the User of these ToU, the Publisher may suspend or close the Account without notice or compensation, and block access to paid content. The User may terminate at any time by deleting their Account; payments already made for delivered products are not refunded (see Terms of Sale).

The processing of the User's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these ToU.

These ToU are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution and after recourse to the consumer mediator, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
